the crew on snowmobiles

it’s an unavoidable paradox;  the whole race is about the sled dog, a major feat of revival after many years of an almost complete abandon of them;  but the very needed support crew and the officials –  scouting the trail, carrying the mushers’ supplies, sweeping the trail, taking photographs (!) – well, we’re all on snowmobiles !
